Our Return Promise
We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery when they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Your satisfaction with our adventure tents, camping furniture, and outdoor accessories is our top priority.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned:
- Air Tube Replacements (hygiene reasons)
- Used Appliances (safety reasons)
- Opened Air Beds and Pumps (hygiene reasons)
- Custom or Special Order Items
Easy Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer adventure team within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorization:

- Include your order number and reason for return
Step 2: Package Your Items
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Include all accessories and documentation that came with your outdoor gear.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Send your package to our returns center at:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your returned camping gear, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of camping equipment:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received
Shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your adventure tent, camping chair, or other gear arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding parts of Asia and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
